The school shall be responsible for setting up the hardware required for MyNetSchool Digital Learning Environment, having the following minimum configuration:
Hardware Requirement: MyNetSchool Digital Learning Environment requires computers connected in a Local Area Network (LAN). The client computer can be any Windows PC (XP SP3 or above) with 1GB RAM and 20GB free Hard Disk Space.
The following comprises the ongoing technical support provided by Mediapro for the duration of the contract.

Software Support: Software Support and maintenance shall be provided by authorised Mediapro personnel duly trained for such support.
Software Updates: Mediapro shall provide FREE software updates to the all components of the MyNetSchool Digital Learning Environment including Digital Content Library and other software tools for various users as and when they are developed throughout the duration of the contract period.
